Join AfroFuture Foundation and Black Health Connect Foundation for our 3rd Annual Community Health Fair: "Mind Matters" at the Accra Metropolitan Assembly - Makola Market, one of Accra's largest commercial hubs.
This transformative wellness event will offer free health screenings, including blood pressure, blood glucose, malaria, and sickle cell testing, along with interactive mental health workshops focused on stress management and coping strategies for modern life.
By bringing comprehensive healthcare directly to the heart of the community, we aim to screen and educate 600-1,000 people, breaking down barriers to healthcare access and fostering a culture of wellness that extends far beyond a single day.

BHC COMMUNITY HEALTH FAIR
Launched in 2023, our BHC Community Health Fairs provide vital health screenings, education, and resources to underserved communities. In just two years, we’ve expanded our reach significantly:
December 2023 – Ghana: Served 400 individuals with essential healthcare services.
June 2024 – Washington, DC: Provided 200 residents in Southeast DC with screenings and wellness resources.
December 2024 – Ghana: Expanded to serve over 3,000 individuals, delivering critical healthcare support.
By bridging healthcare gaps and bringing resources directly to the community, we are committed to improving access and empowering individuals to take control of their health.
