Our INITIATIVES

BLACK HEALTH BALL

BHC 40 Under 40 Awards

The Black Health Connect 40 Under 40 Awards honor the next generation of leaders, innovators, and changemakers transforming healthcare. This recognition celebrates young professionals under 40 who are advancing health equity, breaking barriers, and making a lasting impact in their fields.

As part of BHC Foundation’s initiatives, 40 Under 40 extends beyond recognition—it fosters community, mentorship, leadership development, and community engagement, giving honorees the resources and network to continue shaping the future of healthcare.

Through this program, we spotlight rising leaders from across the healthcare ecosystem—from medicine and public health to policy, entrepreneurship, and research—creating opportunities for collaboration, visibility, and impact.

Join us in celebrating and investing in the future of healthcare leadership..

BHC Licensing GRANTS

BHC Licensing GRANTS
(ACCEPTING 2026 APPLICATIONS)

The path to becoming a licensed healthcare professional is costly, and financial barriers often prevent talented graduates from taking the next step in their careers. Our BHC Licensing Grant provides direct financial assistance to help recent graduates cover the cost of their licensing exams, ensuring that more qualified professionals can enter the field without unnecessary delays.

By investing in the next generation, we’re not just supporting individuals—we’re strengthening the entire healthcare ecosystem..
